Wow, what beautiful weather…

It’s gorgeous outside. Last night the sky was a perfect blue. It’s days like this that make me want to play in the leaves, have a bonfire, go on a hayride. Then I remember, I am allergic to leaves and hay. Oh well, I still can fantasize about doing those things.

It’s a perfect day for hitting a cemetery or two as well. Camera in tow, this time of year makes perfect cemetery pictures. Just be careful, even snakes like pretty days like today to warm themselves on the stones.

It’s also a perfect day to visit old ancestral haunts. Or to scan pictures of them. So today, I think I am going to do a little genealogy, scan a few pictures, visit a few cemeteries online. The weather is perfect, no allergies and I may just find that missing link of an ancestor.

  1. We’re having the same kind of weather. Despite staying up til the wee hours of the morning, I’m dressed and ready to go play in the garage and the yard. I think it is because we know that this time of year, this kind of weather is a special blessing.

  2. Yup, But it’s not motivating me to do anything. I need to be cleaning out the garage while Hubby isn’t around to unclean it. ;) But instead I have no motivation to even start. Maybe Thursday would be better since it’s closer to garbage day.
